Here is what we have been noticing in the industry:
Heavier, thicker, durable papers used alone or stacked on top of one another are creating a perception of prestige and elegance. Combined with its durability, multi-layered cards are lending themselves to withstand time and be remembered.
Bright & Soft Whites
Crisp, clean bright and soft whites are drawing attention to design and text while creating a sense of class without being overbearing.
Soft, rough and dimensional textures on paper are continually influencing how consumers feel by associating physical, metaphorical qualities to their brand.
Usually paired with a bright or soft white front, colored paper backers are allowing organizations the ability to show off their brand colors without being too loud.
Vibrant colors stacked or painted on the sides of cards are catching eyes and delicately reinforcing brand color recognition.
